Works right away and does everything the remote does. The ads are annoying but the app isnt worth the asking price to remove them.

Kept asking if tv and phone were on the same network (they were). Wouldnt work to connect manually either. Too bad.
Complete waste of money
First of all, I didnt know that it only works on models up to 2013 until after I paid the $13.00, so it doesnt even work on my new TV. Then after paying a completely ridiculous price for no ads, I found out that claim is totally false. The ads still pop up, every 3 or4 times you click on the app another annoying ad takes over. Really? For $13.00? Wow!!!
Dont bother downloading
You shouldnt see adds after every press of a button. And $10.99 is ridiculous.
No Keyboard Function
The ad pop gets old super fast! $12.99 to remove. Makes you find your remote ASAP.

I have Samsung 2015 (J5200xxx) and it does NOT work. Both are on the same network.

The app tells me that its connected to the TV, but none of the functions work. It prompts me to connect to the same network that my TV is connected to, which I have. This occurred every time I touch a function button. I know its connected because a different app works just fine. Also the ads are super frustrating. At this point the paid version wouldnt even be worth it.

Im broke my original tv remote and replace by this app. Run very good with a perfect wifi network. Enjoy.
