No real issues I figured it pretty quick simple to use

I downloaded this app all of a week ago and I was so thrilled because my remote completely went out on me. Here it is literally day seven and the remote does not work on the app!

This app works great!! Especially when I have 2 little kids that constantly hide the remote. NO, it doesnt turn on your TV when its powered off, and if you think it should then you know very little about how internet based technology works.

Might need an update. None of the functions work

This app does not work. I was stupid and paid for it to be ad free ($10.99!!!!!) and when I reached out to CS for help getting the app to work it falls on deaf ears (Ive emailed 4 times!). TOTAL RIP OFF!

It didnt work for me- moving on to next option.

Worthless app. Always asks if Im connected to the same network and never works.

My remote went out so I could not get on my tv(I was sad) then I found Sam remote and it was awesome I love it you should get it

Have an iPad 2 and Samsung Smart TV, Model UN40H5203AF. Even though the "app remote" shows the same function keys as the TV remote, none of the app " keys/buttons" work!

Will not work and will not delete from iPad. The apps icon is grayed-out and says "waiting". So, I tried to delete it and re-download, but it will not even delete! Ive never experienced anything like this after years of of using an ipad. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Unfortunately this APP doesnt work with iPhone. Hopefully they will make it compatible working with Apple products to control Samsung TV.
